As part of the Investments Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting US Net Investment Income and Asset Planning, including projections, analysis, and attribution of results. This position offers regular exposure to senior leadership, including the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

It involves close collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Asset Sector Specialists, and teams across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver reports to support investment asset and net investment income analysis. Partner with Portfolio Managers and Asset Specialists to gather inputs for monthly projections. Analyze data and workflows to enhance forecasting and modelling accuracy. Develop a solid understanding of asset classes & projection outputs and provide clear, well-structured attribution of results to management. Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure proper support for investment processes.

Handle ad-hoc requests and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Investments. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in MS Office tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management; work effectively independently as well as with teammates Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work effectively in a team.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of AI and analytics tools. Specific knowledge in Alteryx, Python and Power BI is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services or insurance. Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Essbase, Hyperion, or similar systems is a plus. Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA, MBA) or progress towards them is desirable. Knowledge of Life Insurance GAAP, Statutory accounting and RBC a plus.
