Description and Requirements Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for providing regional product review, pricing and valuation support in the Malaysia Center of Excellence (CoE). T his is a business-facing role that partners closely with different countries to support product strategy / product pricing, strengthen pricing discipline, and drive company continuous improvement and value creation through actuarial insights and technical expertise.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support COE Product / Pricing lead within the Actuarial function at KL COE Interface and collaborate with different teams internally and externally to understand and address the needs and issues related to product / pricing / actuarial matters for countries Develop / enhance / review countries’ pricing models Ad-hoc project for Regional Product
• Review team to perform independent product review for Asia countries Responsible for preparing and maintaining documentation for product / pricing-related
• Lead process enhancements and model efficiencies using AI tools Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required: Fellow or Associate actuary, with 10+ years of actuarial experience IFRS17, USGAAP, VNB, Product / Pricing, Financial Reporting actuarial experience preferred Excellent Excel / VB / VBA skills Experience in actuarial system such as AXIS, Polysystems or Prophet is a plus
