Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, advocacy, or a related field with exposure to technology or internet policy issues Multi-market experience in designing and delivering regional public programs in Latin America
  • Proven end-to-end program ownership, from design and execution to measurement Experience creating external content and localizing it across languages and contexts Skills in cross-functional coordination with internal and external partners without direct authority Public speaking and workshop facilitation experience for external audiences Working knowledge of AI adoption is necessary to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders Full professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, required because the role develops and delivers programs across Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking Latin American markets and coordinates with English-speaking internal teams Availability to travel regularly throughout the region Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experience building a measurement framework from scratch and using its results to redirect where a program invests its resources

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Deep subject-matter expertise in either youth digital citizenship or SMB digital adoption, at a level that shapes program design rather than executing it Experience in producing public-facing content under legal, policy, or communications review
