Work model

5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed.

YOUR ROLE

In your role as a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction (via telephone, email and web channels) is smooth and professional. You will take ownership of the full order cycle — from order entry and status follow-up to resolving shipping issues and providing timely documentation — all within a dynamic, international team environment. Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless.

WHO YOU ARE

Very good command of Portuguese and good command of English are essential, other European languages encouraged A focus on producing accurate, high-quality work and take full ownership of each customer interaction Proactive problem-solver with the ability to multitask effectively. Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly learn and master digital tools and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
