As the Facilities, EHS & Site Security Coordinator, you will support the efficient operation of the Costa Rica office by coordinating facilities services, workplace initiatives, health and safety programs, and local security-related activities. You will work closely with employees, vendors, and key stakeholders to help maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.

Your Role

Coordinate facilities operations, maintenance activities, and workplace services. Manage relationships with vendors and monitor service performance. Support Facilities budget tracking (OPEX) and workplace improvement projects. Coordinate office moves, space planning, and workplace initiatives. Ensure compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and local regulations. Support risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident reporting activities.

Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills, and safety communications. Promote employee wellbeing, sustainability, and workplace safety initiatives. Support local site security processes, vendor coordination, and compliance with corporate standards. Assist with business continuity and crisis preparedness activities.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in Facilities Management, EHS, Workplace Services, Office Administration, or related functions. Knowledge of workplace operations, vendor management, health and safety practices, and regulatory compliance. Experience supporting facilities projects, audits, inspections, or workplace initiatives.

Exposure to security coordination activities is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Advanced English proficiency.
