Your Role

As ERP Project Manager Migration, you will be at the heart of a high-impact technology transformation, but your primary focus will be the Finance Master Data migration within a global ERP transformation program. You will manage the Finance Master Data migration within the broader program, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. You will own the design, planning, and execution of data migration activities, including load cycles, verification, and organizational handover, while maintaining close collaboration with IT, Data, and Finance stakeholders.

Your ability to influence without authority, build consensus across diverse teams, and communicate clearly at all levels—including senior leadership—will be essential to the success of this role.

Who You Are

You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years delivering data migration or data-centric projects, preferably within ERP contexts. You bring deep expertise in ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex data migration initiatives in multinational or matrixed organizations.

You are skilled in applying structured project management methodologies—including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks—and are comfortable adapting your approach to the needs of the project and organization. You demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage, align, and communicate effectively with technical teams, business owners, and executive sponsors across multiple geographies and functions.

You have a sharp analytical mindset and are experienced in risk identification, issue resolution, and change management, ensuring that migration impacts on people, processes, and systems are proactively managed. You are proficient in project management tools and reporting platforms (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent), and you produce clear, concise documentation and status communications tailored to diverse audiences.

A recognized project management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe) is an advantage and demonstrates your commitment to professional standards in project delivery.
