Tasks Requirements Engineering and Documentation

Gather, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

Process Analysis and Improvement

Assess current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization, developing solutions to streamline operations.

Solution Design and Implementation

Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams, supporting the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Conduct systems analytics, create financial models, perform variance analysis, and develop reports/dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Risk Identification and Mitigation

Identify potential risks associated with proposed solutions and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.

Analysis & Interpretation

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and identify trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide ongoing reports and actionable insights.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare reports and create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations (using tools like Tableau/Power BI) to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Process Improvement

Collaborate with management and other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.

Problem Solving

Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that help businesses make informed decisions, uncover opportunities, and optimize operations.

Qualifications

B.Tech, CS or equivalent ; SAP BWonHANA/Fabric
