KOL Marketing Manager

Job description

• 负责海外市场KOL资源的挖掘、筛选及合作谈判。制定针对沙特市场的KOL营销策略和计划，在社交平台上进行投放合作。
• 结合品牌定位与目标市场文化特性，策划创意营销内容及传播方案，统筹KOL内容制作、发布排期及效果监测全流程。
• 监测并评估KOL营销活动的效果，跟踪投放数据（互动率、转化率等），输出策略优化方案，迭代营销方法论。
• 联动产品、投放、设计团队，确保内容输出与品牌调性高度一致。 Job Responsibilities
• Identify, source, and evaluate KOLs across overseas markets, and lead partnership negotiations. Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies for the Saudi Arabian market, managing influencer campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media channels.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns and communication strategies based on the brand positioning and local market insights. Manage the end-to-end KOL campaign process, including content planning, production, publishing schedules, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL marketing campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics, including engagement rate and conversion rate. Provide data-driven optimization recommendations, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously refine influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content is aligned with the brand positioning and business objectives. 本科及以上学历，4年以上海外KOL营销经验，熟悉TikTok/Instagram/YouTube等平台生态。 本地化洞察能力强，对当地文化、流行趋势及社交媒体生态有深刻理解，能快速捕捉热点并融入内容。有当地营销经验者优先。 优秀的协调沟通能力，能够推动项目统筹和落地。 英语能够作为工作语言，精通阿拉伯语者优先。 参与业务0-1发展阶段，独立负责沙特营销搭建，业务发展快速，发展机会多
