TA Intern (B Team)

Job description

- Support the execution of campus recruiting events, hiring fairs, and university partnership initiatives

• Coordinate logistics for ad-hoc TA events such as BD Hiring Events and other TA-led initiatives
• Research universities, student organizations, and campus channels to expand Keeta’s talent reach
• Help manage candidate pipelines for internship, apprentice, and early-careers programs
• Assist with sourcing and initial screening of candidates for high-volume roles
• Keep recruiting trackers and ATS data up to date
• Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or related fields preferred)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Genuine interest in people, recruiting, or HR - Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data organization
• Advanced English We’re looking for a TA Intern to join Keeta Brazil’s B-Team Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on university relations and campus events.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn recruiting from the inside and will be involved in building pipelines, organizing events, and helping connect Keeta with the next generation of talent in Brazil.
