Job description

• Be the strategic HR partner for CE leadership across multiple markets — talent planning, org design, headcount, and people risk management
• Own the full performance management cycle for CE, including calibration and promotion nominations

Lead or drive OD projects

• job architecture, career ladders, competency frameworks, and multi-track performance systems across CE's complex role families
• Design and execute talent development programs — career pathing, hi-po identification, succession planning
• Handle cross-cultural employee relations with sound judgment across a diverse, global team 1. 8+ years HR experience, with senior HRBP or OD background in large/complex orgs 2.

Hands-on experience designing job architecture, competency models, or performance frameworks (not just running existing processes) 3. Excellent English — this is a working language for the role 4. Strong business acumen; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders CE at Keeta runs with its own org structure, global footprint, and talent complexity. You'll have real influence over talent strategy, direct access to senior leadership, and the chance to build systems from the ground up in a high-growth international business.
