Job description

• Responsible for the merchant development and operation of the brands under jurisdiction, and for the user promotion and scale improvement of the brands under jurisdiction. Implement the company's sales strategy and policy to achieve the performance target.
• Responsible for promoting the in-depth cooperation between the chain brands under control and the platform in brand marketing, promotion activities, user operation and other fields to improve the brand image.
• The institute covers the characteristics of brand industry, has an in-depth understanding of brand business operations, and helps brands to develop professional delivery solutions and implement them. Guide customer delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between platform and brand.
• Establish a good communication relationship with the distribution department, as the communication bridge between the brand and the platform distribution, and cooperate with the distribution side to continuously improve the brand delivery service experience.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or internal AI platforms) to accelerate brand performance analysis, automate reporting, and streamline cross-functional communication — driving operational efficiency across the brand portfolio. 1. 5+ years of related experience. 2. Customer Centric, self motivated and highly commitment to achieving goals and delivering results. 3. Demonstrated business development acumen, capable of engaging effectively with C-level management and articulating complex concepts clearly. 4. Proficient in operational and data analysis, strong business sense and high judgment, with the ability to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. 5. Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business landscapes.
