Advance process and device engineer/senior enginner/technical manager

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process and Device Development Professional to develop advanced process platforms for Mediatek's internal and ASIC products. In this role, you will evaluate cutting-edge semiconductor nodes (e.g., 2nm, 1.4nm, FinFET, GAA/Nanosheet), drive Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO), and ensure that foundry process capabilities perfectly align with our product roadmap for optimal Power, Performance, and Area (PPA).

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Evaluation, Foundry Interfacing , process/device development
• Device target setting and library/model/PDK alignment
• Process customization and post-silicon tuning to maximum product performance
• Process DTCO (Design Technology Co-optimization)
• DFM for yield and reliability
• Process technology pathfinding
