IC Testing Engineer

Job description

• Design and develop hardware interfaces for semiconductor testing, including Load Boards (DIB), Probe Cards, and socket selection.
• Perform functional and electrical characterization to ensure the silicon meets design specifications and performance targets.
• Develop, debug, and optimize automated test programs for Chip Probing (CP) and Final Test (FT) stages.
• Support production ramp-up, monitor yield rates, perform root cause analysis for failures, and implement test time reduction (TTR) strategies. #LI-JK1
