We are seeking an experience engineer with background on device characterization and spice modeling for advanced process nodes.
Job responsibility
- Qualify spice model and track S2S from Foundry
- Perform a wide range of device characterization and analysis for process and device evaluation/benchmark
- Generate in-house model customized for internal requirements
- Provide consultation and guideline for device and spice model for designers
