AI PC Computing Platform Software QA / Validation Project Lead

Job description

• Responsible for software quality assurance and validation of notebook products, including BIOS, EC, OS (Windows / Linux), drivers, utilities, and preloaded applications.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports based on product specifications and design documents, ensuring sufficient test coverage and product quality.
• Perform detailed testing and issue analysis on notebook-related features, such as: 3-1.

Power behavior

boot / shutdown, sleep / resume, reboot 3-2. Battery life, charging / discharging behavior, charging modes 3-3.

Thermal behavior

fan speed control, temperature protection and throttling 3-4.

Display and output

internal panel, external monitors, brightness control, display mode switching 3.5.

Wireless connectivity
