Bank Loan Documentation & Contract Management

• Organize bank loan facility renewal/extension documents and track contract expiry and renewal progress.

Bank Liaison & Coordination

• Serve as the point of contact between Finance, Legal, and banks, tracking contract execution progress.

Compliance & Internal Control Support

• Ensure renewal documents are properly filed, and that bank loan contract terms comply with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes. #LI-AMY
