Job description

• Logistics Support for Customer Visits Responsible for arranging meeting room reservations, airport transfers, and daily transportation coordination for customers visiting the headquarters, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
• Customer Visitor Applications and Reception Assist with the customer visitor application process, provide visitor guidance, and perform reception duties to ensure a positive visitor experience.
• Onsite Support Handle restaurant reservations and menu coordination, set up meeting rooms, prepare refreshments, welcome guests, deliver lunch boxes, and manage post-meeting clean-up to ensure smooth event operations.
