Overview

The Internal Systems & Automation Technology team is looking for a Software Integration Engineer II to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the employee experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Role

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform with focus on IT Asset Management (SAM & HAM & ITOM).
• Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support asset lifecycle and enterprise wide software license requests.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST API and SOAP API.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance.
• Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

All About You

• 2 years of experience in Software Development/Software Integration
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML is a must.
• Advanced experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Python).
• Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience in ITAM modules (Software Asset Management, Hardware Management and ITOM).
• Knowledge of SCCM, Intune and JAMF.
• Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and communicate clearly
• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
