- Handle tele-callers' collections and ensure achievement of monthly collection targets.
- Monitor and guide the team on daily collection activities and call quality.
- Coordinate with the team for daily operations and updates.
- Continuously analyze and improve team performance through feedback and motivation.
- Prepare and publish daily performance reports and track productivity.
- Manage attrition within the assigned team and maintain discipline.
