Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative account, project, and market data into viable proposals and bespoke consulting solutions. Assist in developing and presenting custom solutions for complex account and prospective account needs to senior colleagues, insurer clients, and prospects. Ensure managed accounts are in good standing, address escalated issues promptly, and deliver on annual targets and bespoke consulting projects.

Good commercial acumen with demonstrated capabilities to manage and grow a book of business. Excellent communication and engagement skills, comfortable dealing with stakeholders up to C-level. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in prioritizing competing work assignments, escalating issues, and formulating solutions.
Effective organization and consulting skills with key attention to detail and delivery of high-quality documentation with the ability to implement/influence change. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and changing priorities. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience around the use of data to manage and improve performance.
What makes you stand out
Smart, collaborative, relationship and outcome focused with the ability to make decisions where ambiguity exists. Able to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
