Description As a Bellperson at Concord Hospitality, you will be at the hub of guest interaction, creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure. Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and general requests
• Transport guests to the airport and valet their cars when requested Escort guests to accommodations, inspect rooms, and respond to needs promptly
• Organize and store luggage securely in designated areas
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and city events
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in guest reception areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
