Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager leading insurance product development or product implementation initiatives within the life insurance or financial services industry. Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance product lifecycle, including product design, regulatory approval, system implementation, testing, and product launch. Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects involving Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Actuarial, and Technology teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Strong knowledge of insurance core systems and processes, including policy administration, underwriting, policy servicing, and claims-related integrations. Experience leading business requirements gathering, solution design review, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external vendors while ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.

Strong governance and reporting experience, including preparation of executive-level status updates, steering committee materials, and decision papers. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to insurance product development and implementation. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering new life insurance product launches. Knowledge of insurance product configuration, policy administration platforms, and digital distribution capabilities. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Experience working in global and multicultural environments. Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Role Summary
