Job Responsibilities

Job title: Engineer Gearbox Architecture Job Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer specializing in Transmission Systems (Hybrids and eDrives), with a focus on the design and development of Gearbox for automotive applications. The ideal applicant should have an extensive knowledge of Gearbox and its complete architecture.

Major Responsibilities

Good knowledge on Gearbox Architecture of eDrive, AWD/4WD. Understanding on Sub modules like Parklock, Decoupler, eLSD, Shift Unit, Clutches, Oil Pumps, Sensors and Actuators Understanding of Lubrication/Cooling, NVH, Durability/Reliability, EMC, Thermal Management DVP , Test-Management, Measurement technology of Gearbox System level understanding of eDrive, AWD/4WD. Understanding on Driving Dynamics. Know how o the efficiency calculation and functional simulation Skills and competencies: Engineering Processes IATF 16949; PPAP / VDA2; APQP / VDA 4.3 Problem Solving Methods Automotive Spice (ASPICE).

Knowledge base for ISO 15504 (SPICE) Functional Safety ISO 26262 FMEA Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management Intellectual Properties (IP)

Risk Identification Educational Qualifications

Well-founded technical education (university degree) in one of the following disciplines - Mechanical / electrical / automotive / control engineering or mechatronics Work experience: 3-8 years of professional experience working in the relevant field.

Tools knowledge
