Job Responsibilities

Vodenje in uspešna izvedba gradbenih projektov skozi vse projektne faze, v skladu s časovnim načrtom, proračunom, kakovostnimi zahtevami ter veljavnimi predpisi in standardi varnosti.

Naloge in odgovornosti

• Vodi in upravlja gradbene projekte skozi vse projektne faze.
• Pripravlja, spremlja in posodablja projektne terminske načrte, proračune in načrte virov.
• Koordinira interne ekipe, izvajalce, svetovalce in zunanje deležnike.
• Spremlja napredek projekta in po potrebi uvaja korektivne ukrepe.
• Zagotavlja skladnost z lokalnimi predpisi, gradbenimi pravili, okoljskimi zahtevami in standardi varnosti.
• Izvaja redne preglede projektov in pripravlja poročila o statusu za vodstvo.
• Zagotavlja uspešno izvedbo in zaključek projektov.
• Podpira zagon, predajo in zaključevanje projektov.

Zahtevano

• univerzitetna izobrazba s področja gradbeništva ali gradbenega/projektnega managementa,
• najmanj 5 let izkušenj s projektnim vodenjem v gradbeništvu; dokazljive izkušnje pri vodenju kompleksnih gradbenih in infrastrukturnih projektov,
• izkušnje z modeli generalnega projektiranja in generalnega izvajalca,
• zelo dobro poznavanje projektnega vodenja (PMI, IPMA ali primerljivo),
• zanesljiva uporaba MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint in BIM procesov,
• močne analitične, organizacijske in reševalne sposobnosti,
• odlične komunikacijske sposobnosti ter sposobnost upravljanja deležnikov,
• izrazite vodstvene in komunikacijske sposobnosti,
• strukturiran in k rešitvam usmerjen način dela.

• Angleški jezik (tekoče)
