Job description

Join our high performing country coverage investment banking team. Working alongside senior originators and country coverage bankers, you will assist in the execution of deals across a range of sectors including Critical Minerals and Energy, infrastructure, TMT, and industrial/healthcare. You will also assist in structured equity transactions, traditional ECM transactions, and cross border M&A transactions. We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability.

You will be involved in preparing financial analysis and drafting presentations and pitch books for senior bankers to use in client and marketing meetings. You will also coordinate with internal and external parties on the team’s deal executions for complex structured transactions.

First class academics with strong extra-curricular activities

• Strong numeric and analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communications skills to liaise with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels with ease
• Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently, Chinese proficiency is an advantage
• Strong work ethic and high energy.
