Join our Commodities and Global Markets Central Control Operations team, which supports strong risk management and effective controls across the business. We oversee control performance, reporting, and continuous improvement to help ensure informed decision-making and sound governance. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future. You will lead an assigned risk or control area, taking ownership of control performance, data quality, reporting, and ongoing improvements.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will assess risks, manage issues, strengthen controls, and provide clear insights that support governance and business decisions. 5 years’ of experience in non-financial risk, controls, audit, compliance, operations, or management reporting Experience leading the governance, delivery, performance, and data quality of a process, control framework, or risk area

• Strong knowledge of control execution, issue management, remediation, control testing, control assurance, and governance reporting
• Strong analytical, artificial intelligence, automation, and Excel skills, with experience using data and reporting tools to improve control effectiveness and decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead analysts, navigate complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
