Product Engineer Job Description
Interface with design groups on new product Introduction and design for manufacturability Continuously improve manufacturing test processes
- Liaise with foundry and packaging houses to ensure engineering and production targets are achieved
- Monitor and investigate any yield issues arising from any stage in the manufacturing and testing process
- Manage and design new class of package
- Support reliability team in new product qualification and failure analysis
