Electrical Engineer Job Description

This is an entry-level engineering position that is available on the Corporate R&D team. The individual will be responsible for test and measurement of devices, primarily for MACOM’s GaN on Silicon technology, in support of technology development, application model development, and device design. On-the-job training and career growth opportunities will be provided.

Specific Responsibilities

Experience with test lab equipment such as power supplies, SMU’s, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers Experience with wafer probing Experience with load/source pull measurements Experience with RF/Microwave CAE tools such as Microwave Office and/or Advanced Design System Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and plotting
