Senior HR Business Partner We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Operations, Quality, IT and G&A functions. We are looking for a Human Resources professional who has the ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions. The person in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and planning ability, and the agility to function in a fast paced dynamic environment.

In this position you will partner with the senior leaders in the designated organizations along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that drive the business forward. You will think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and dive deep into day-to-day activities. The HRBP guides effective and efficient implementation of HR best practices in the disciplines of performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Consult with VPs and Directors providing HR guidance when appropriate. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity.

Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation. Develop terms for new hires, promotions, transfers. Provide guidance and input on business restructures, workforce planning, succession planning. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
