Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manufacturing Engineering Director to lead a multi-site Manufacturing Engineering organization supporting advanced RF and Microwave semiconductor and microelectronics assembly. This leader will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence through process optimization, automation, new technology implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director will provide leadership for Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and Equipment Engineering teams, ensuring manufacturing processes are scalable, efficient, and capable of meeting customer quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic thinking to support a rapidly growing business.
