Job description

Position Availability required from December through the end of January, including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week. As a Retail Hospitality Support, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will initiate each client's journey with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding clients through our store, understanding their needs, and directing them appropriately. Job responsibilities Provide a warm and unforgettable welcome to all clients, setting the stage for an exceptional brand experience. Manage client flow with strong organizational skills and queue management techniques, ensuring smooth communication and minimizing wait times.

Offer refreshments to clients, enhancing their comfort and experience. Maintain impeccable visual standards throughout the client-facing areas of the store. Collaborate with Client Advisors to provide support and ensure a seamless client journey. Profile A strong background in hospitality is essential. Client-centric with a passion for delivering personalized and memorable experiences. Assertive and confident with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Warm, approachable, and able to create a welcoming environment for all clients. Excellent organizational skills to manage client flow and maintain a seamless experience. Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and organized. Strong command of Finnish & English.
