Middle East Finance Operations Specialist

Job description

Position We are seeking a talented Finance Operations Specialist . The successful candidate will join our Financial Shared Services Team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and local accounting principles.

Job responsibilities Accounts Payable

Process checks requests and expense reports on a regular basis. Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately.

• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies Address and respond to vendor inquiries Accounts Receivable: Process accounts receivable transactions Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Prepare cash receipts for processing
• Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage collection efforts and associated functions Profile High school diploma.

Associate degree in accounting preferred 4-5 years of working experience in or with Saudi Arabia accounts payable and receivables Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, copilot approach required

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of local accounting principles High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytic abilities
• Knowledge of SAP4HANA and SAP Fluent in Arab and English writing and speaking required
