Job responsibilities IONYOUR IMPACT Business Development Contribute to the store’s business success by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, and deep product knowledge. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and complementary products that enhance their experience with CELINE. Utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and introduce clients to the full range of CELINE’s offerings.

Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling, cultivating loyalty and long-term connections. Leverage cross-selling strategies to deepen client engagement and drive repeat purchases. Operations Excellence Uphold CELINE’s standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. Image & Brand Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.

Share the rich history and stories behind our products, captivating clients with engaging storytelling that deepens their connection to the brand. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation, contributing to the elegant and sophisticated image of CELINE.

KEYS FOR SUCCESS Experience

You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in sales, within the fashion or luxury industry.

Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships. A passion for challenges and a collective drive to achieve set objectives. Languages
