Job description

Position Key Responsibilities

• Support Consolidation of Regional Retail HRBP Work Assist HRBP in integrating retail stores across regions by collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant data for business decision-making.
• HR Project Promotion and Implementation Support Assist in promoting and implementing HR projects such as culture event, employee engagement, talent recruitment and development initiatives.
• Completion of Temporary Tasks Complete other temporary tasks assigned by HRBP to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 3 work days per week,4-5 days a week preferred Commit to a minimum 6 months internship Fluent English Previous internship experience in HR field is preferred
• Strong people sensitivity and curiosity with agility and resilience
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-pace environment Good team player and quick learner Experience in video editing and social media operation is preferred
