Store Manager

Job description

Position As a Louis Vuitton Store Manager , you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. You will manage and coach your team into building sustainable Client relationships, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions in order to ensure the achievement of your store’s goals.

You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store’s operations and budget.

Job responsibilities Team management and Development

• Develop managers to ensure the teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every Client
• Identify, recruit and develop talents to secure succession plans for key positions
• Translate strategic and business goals into individuals actions and objectives
• Set team and individual targets & monitor performances
• Manage and motivate the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions
• Ensure all human resources policies and procedures are implemented, resolving all staff issues as appropriate

Client and Business Development

• Optimize the store's commercial performance
• Lead and develop the business of the store, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and relating to all relevant stakeholders Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes in store
• Build and develop clientele loyalty, including planning and delivering of CRM events and initiatives
• Establish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client repurchase objectives Be the voice of the store in your country by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations
• Act as a Louis Vuitton ambassador in your local market, by proactively representing the Brand in relevant local activities (networking, PR) Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends

Store Operations

• Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations and functions are carried out in line with company procedures
• Ensure policies, standards and Louis Vuitton procedures are implemented and maintained
• Identify and implement plans to deliver efficiency and productivity improvements in all areas of store operations
• Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management (cost control & budget)
• Oversee store security and health and safety matters
• Manage external supplier relationship and contracts

Floor Management

• Lead by example on the floor, understand the Clients’ needs, identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate a feel for the market trends
• Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence
• Provide consistent and qualitative feedback, coach the team on the spot
• Represent the brand in public/store events and activities, to promote Louis Vuitton image, brand and products Profile You are a commercially sharp, people-first retail leader who knows how to build performance cultures and get results.

You have operated at pace, managed meaningful P&L responsibility, and led teams through both challenge and growth.

You master the following skills

Exceptional high standards, knowledge/ understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH’s image Proactive, results-driven individual, demonstrating initiative and commercial creativity

• Strong communication, social and Networking Skills Management and Leadership Skills - ability to lead and coach a team Good reporting and analytical skills Autonomous, self-motivated, able to be flexible
• Strong command of English and Swedish
