Job description

Position As a Hostess/Host, you will be an ambassador of the Brand , ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients in a smiley and warm manner and make sure you provide them with the help they need : provide beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the shop, create a first contact with them and e ncourage small talks to discover their needs , guide them through the products catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor.

DUTIES

AND RESPONSABILITIES Experience working in customer service, hospitality, catering or retail environment dealing with a diverse clientele. Has a welcoming attitude works well in a team setting, willing to provide help and satisfy customers to give them the best experience when entering our stores. Profile Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges efficiently. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving store needs.
