Position Controlling & Accounting Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program In this position you will be part of the Controlling and Accounting Team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent.

You will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations across 8 countries, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-performance retail environment. This opportunity offers a deep insight into our store network and the financial processes that support a luxury business. Job responsibilities Provide administrative and operational accounting support to the stores and regional accounting team. Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and sales reconciliations.

Assist with Capex monitoring and related reporting. Contribute to declarations and compliance tasks (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, statistics). Support in monthly closings and financial reporting. Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects. Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, stores, business partners). Preparation and analysis of P/L and running cost Follow up of actuals vs budget Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, business controlling Finance, or related field.

Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory. Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language (i.e., Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive, flexible, and eager to take initiative.

Internship starting in December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months.
