Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty through personalized engagement. Provide an exceptional welcome and premium shopping experience for every client. Offer expert assistance with all Louis Vuitton products, showcasing in-depth knowledge of women's fashion and brand heritage.

Actively contribute to team goals and overall boutique objectives. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, with a focus on women's silhouette. Adhere strictly to Louis Vuitton's standards of care, conduct, policies, and procedures. Profile To succeed in this role, we are seeking dedicated professional with a strong client focus and a mandatory background in fashion field, with the following requirements: Strong customer service skills with a commercial mindset.

Curious, empathetic, adaptable, agile, and ambitious. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit. Passionate about the Louis Vuitton brand, its history, and its diverse universes. Flexible, with strong problem-solving abilities. Available to work weekends. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of other languages is a significant asset.
