Job description

Position Act as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise. The Client Advisor builds genuine and long-term relationships with clients, understands their needs, and guides them across the Maison to achieve individual and team objectives. Job responsibilities Client Experience & Sales Performance Welcome every client and deliver the best-in-class client experience in line with Maison standards.

Drive individual and team sales objectives while being accountable for personal performance. Advise clients across the Maison’s product categories, ensuring relevant and personalized recommendations. Clienteling & Relationship Building Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up. Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits. Brand Representation & Standards Develop strong brand and product knowledge to represent the Maison with credibility.

Respect Louis Vuitton standards in grooming, behavior, and service excellence. Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Team Contribution Act as a team player and contribute to collective objectives and store initiatives. Participate actively in daily operations and store activities. Profile Initial experience in retail or luxury environment is a plus. Strong client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Curious, agile, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
