Human Resources Intern

Job description

Position We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People & Culture team. This role provides a 360-degree view of the HR function & strategy, from attracting top talent to supporting employee development and operational excellence. You will work closely with HR Manager & HR Business Partner to ensure a seamless experience for our employees and managers. Job responsibilities HR Support & Advisory Assist in guiding our employees through standard HR processes and Group policies.

Support the coordination of leadership coaching sessions and the distribution of performance tools. Help prepare communication materials for internal HR initiatives and change management plans. People Development & Acquisition Drive full-cycle recruitment support by scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and maintaining a continuous talent pipeline. Assist in the creation of development plans and the mapping of team competencies.

Employee Relations & Engagement Support the implementation of team-building activities, culture programs, and engagement surveys. HR Operations Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure documentation standards are met.
