Job description

Position

• Assist in coordination with Education team to create compelling and effective trainings and trainings materials
• Support Education Manager in training sessions for new products launches and all other refreshers, intermediate, and advanced training courses as required by line management
• Assist all aspects of core product training seminars. Including, but not limited to concept development, execution of training tools and coordination with vendors
• Support maintenance of comprehensive assets on all education and training materials relating to product knowledge, sales techniques, promotion programs, and system or procedural requirements
• Maintain up-to-date progress files of all training efforts and provide monthly qualitative & quantitative feedback and collect market intelligence, make-up trends and competitive landscape
• Assist in product stocking management
• Support communication with projects and campaigns of other functions and departments
