Position Job Duties

Purchasing Request and Supplier Proposal collecting, analyzing and summarizing Supplier on-boarding process supporting including supplier due diligence check Purchasing to Payment process supporting, such as Contract Signing, etc. Sourcing coordination event organization and onsite support. Other administrative requests from Purchasing Manager.

General Requirements

Bachelor or above Good communication and analytical skill; Familiar with Microsoft Office software tools, PowerBi, Image and Video editing softwares. Fluent in Mandarin and English, French is a plus 4-5 days a week, for at least 6 months ------------------------------------------- 工作职责 / Key Responsibilities 协助收集、分析并汇总采购需求及供应商方案； 支持供应商入驻流程，包括尽职调查与文件审核； 协助采购到付款流程（如合同签署、资料归档等）； 参与组织采购协调活动及提供现场支持； 完成采购经理指派的其他行政及支持性任务。

任职要求 / Requirements

本科及以上学历； 具备良好的沟通能力与分析能力； 熟练使用 Microsoft Office、Power BI 及图片/视频编辑软件； 中英文流利，会法语者优先； 每周可实习 4–5 天，持续至少 6 个月
