Position Supports the execution of visual merchandising activities within the store, ensuring consistency with brand standards and excellence in product presentation. Contributes to enhancing client experience and business performance through precise and impactful visual execution. Job responsibilities Brand & Desirability Experience — Powered by Brand Sensitivity, Product Knowledge, Building Desirability Drives brand expression through high-impact visual merchandising, ensuring consistency with Loro Piana identity.

Translates collections, craftsmanship and storytelling into inspiring in-store visual experiences. Ensures excellence in product presentation, enhancing desirability and brand perception. Contributes to creating a refined and aspirational store environment. Business & Operational Impact — Powered by Business Acumen, Operational Excellence, Impact Driven Drives store performance through optimization of product display and visual strategy.

Analyzes product performance and adjusts visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Supports commercial priorities by aligning visual execution with business needs. Ensures timely implementation of visual changes, launches and commercial activations. Client & Relationship Excellence — Powered by Customer Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, Relationship Building Enhances client experience through visually engaging and intuitive product presentation.

Supports client journey by facilitating product discovery and store navigation. Ensures visual execution contributes to a seamless and immersive experience. People Growth & Care — Powered by People Development, Caring Leadership Coaches and supports store team on visual standards and product presentation. Builds team awareness on the importance of visual merchandising for business performance. Promotes consistency and accountability in VM execution across the store.

Acts as a role model for excellence in visual presentation Visual Merchandising & Product Presentation Expertise Oversees product display, rotations and layout to ensure consistency and impact. Plans and executes visual setups for new collections, launches and events. Acts as the reference point for VM standards, tools and best practices. Collaborates with Store Management and HQ teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
