Admin and reconciliation
Maintain contact lists, schedules and trackers, and check supplier invoices against agreed services after each event.
What you’ll bring
Event experience: Background in event operations, production or coordination, ideally with outdoor or festival style events.
Organisation skills
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Strong communication
Confident working with contractors, suppliers, volunteers and internal teams.
Safety know-how
Working knowledge of event H&S requirements, including SSSPs and contractor compliance.
Tech confidence
Proficient with spreadsheets, trackers and general office software.
Flexibility
Available for variable hours, including weekends, long event days and physical on-site conditions.
The Benefits
A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration. Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks. A flexible approach to when and where you work, designed to support balance in all aspects of life. A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
