Service Technician

All Levels Pay Range

• $31.00 - $51.00/ Flat Rate depending on experience and certifications Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand.

You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.work any day/shift.

Department Hours

Monday through Friday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

• Earn up to $51.00 flat rate based on experience, reflecting your skills and commitment to quality work. Plus, Montana's state labor laws work in your favor. You get paid ProDemand or Alldata time for most warranty and recall work, including select Stellantis Service Contracts. That means more money in your pocket for the work you already do.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and inspections.

• Use diagnostic equipment to ensure quick and accurate problem identification
• Communicate with service advisors and customers about maintenance and repair needs and procedures
• Stay up to date with automotive technology and techniques through continuous learning and training

What You'll Bring

2+ years experience as an automotive technician Have a passion for learning and advancing Strong problem‑solving skills ASE certifications are not required Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards
