Pay

• Strong leadership, modern facility, and a professional, results-driven environment Career growth across 30+ brands in 25 states What You'll Do: Inspect vehicles to identify and perform intermediate vehicle repairs and maintenance, such as brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Complete work accurately according to dealership and safety standards in collaboration with Service Advisors Road-test vehicles as needed to confirm service quality
• Document completed services and recommendations clearly
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
• Support the service team with additional maintenance tasks as needed Who We're Looking For: ALL LEVELS of technicians (Class A, B, and/or C) with BMW experience!

Up-to-date, active ASE and manufacturer certifications Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
