What You'll Do

• Sets clear expectations with the customer around the deal paperwork and DMV process, including any follow up questions
• Create and complete all deal related paperwork (including DMV) in DMS, bank approval systems and protection product systems (where applicable) Transact paperwork with customers using digital tools where possible, including trade paperwork if applicable
• Process all paperwork and ensures it meets the needs of the Business Office (including proof of delivery), state specific DMV and lender requirements.

Expedites processing of DMV transactions for in-state deals and timely coordination of out of state deals with Interstate DMV Coordinator or DMV provider, as applicable Scan / send all deal documentation to the Deal Posting team in the Regional Business Office or Dealership Accountant in a stand-alone business office Work with Business Office to track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.
