You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and create a professional experience from start to finish. Listen to customers, understand their needs, and help them feel confident about their service decisions. Explain recommended services, pricing, and timelines in a clear and helpful way. Keep customers updated throughout the service process and answer questions along the way. Partner with technicians to understand vehicle needs and communicate recommendations to customers.

Create accurate repair orders and service estimates using dealership systems. Coordinate approved services and help keep repairs moving through the shop. Review inspection results and additional service recommendations with customers. Process service payments and help customers get back on the road. Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and reliable follow-up.

What You'll Bring

1+ years of customer service or other customer-facing experience. Experience communicating with customers in person and by telephone. Experience using computers to enter and maintain information. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license.
