What You'll Do

Perform scheduled maintenance and complex automotive repairs. Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs. Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources to troubleshoot vehicle concerns. Document completed work and recommended repairs. Partner with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle repair needs.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of prior Subaru or Toyota technician experience. Prior dealership or professional automotive repair experience. Diagnostic and mechanical repair experience. Experience working with manufacturer diagnostic tools, equipment, and repair procedures. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California pay range for a Service Technician position is $25.00 - $70.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
