Pay

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales preferred Additional experience in appliance, luxury retail, real estate, or mobile sales welcomed Bilingual fluency in Spanish Progressive growth in responsibility and performance
• Familiarity with dealership management systems Consistency in converting leads and overcoming objection
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record What You'll Do: Greet and assist customers both in-store and online
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on their needs and lifestyle
• Conduct product presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (features, technology, trim levels)
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish ​ Total Rewards The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $70,000 to $120,000.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
